Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds or Returns will be accepted for Customized Products.Replacement or Refund will be given only if there is an issue with the product or with it's customization.While we take complete care in delivering the products, we also take follow ups whenever possible as these are gift items. In case there is any issue, it must be reported within 4 to 5 days from the date of delivery. Supporting documents like unboxing images, videos can provide a faster resolution.To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
