Tourism - Policy & Conditions

The above packages usual inclusions:

• Accommodation as per the itinerary.
• Vehicle permit, tax, parking & Driver Allowance.
• Transport services by Private Vehicle, Ex. Ranchi / Jashpur as per the dates. (8 AM to 8 PM)
• Local Permits.
• Assistance on arrival.
• Environment fee.
• Green Tax.
• Breakfast while Hotel Stay.
• Local Guides if any as per activity selection.
• English / Hindi speaking Local Driver / Guide.
• Private Co Ordinator for any trip related enquiry and issue resolution.

Usual Exclusions:

• Emergency evacuation fee.
• Any extra travel apart from itinerary.
• Personal equipment cost.
• Any monument entry fees/camera fees*.
• Any meal, which is not mentioned above.
• Any Flight/train fare (From & To Ranchi/Raipur).
• Mineral water, snacks, napkins, wet wipes , phone bills, laundry etc.
• Tips to driver/ staff / Guides etc.
• Extra cost for hotels and transport in case of road blockade.
• Travel insurance fee*.
• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusion column .
• 5% GST* & Other taxes.
• Included in all Inclusive package only.

Policy & Terms:

• Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability) Changes in the planned package will be charged directly from the guest.
• We may reschedule itinerary and today's agenda, subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of expedition.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of bus / train / Flight due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
• Charges for evacuation or changes in travel dates has to be paid by client only.
• You have to follow the recent Health guidelines, Jashpure does not hold any responsibility in case of any illness occur during the trip.
• We recommend you to purchase trip insurance, as we wont be liable if you couldn’t reach pickup location on confirmed date. Extra cost has to be paid by client only.
• You have to fill enrollment form before joining.
• Most of the places are interior and have bad road connectivity, prepare to ride unpaved paths, which can be uncomfortable at times.
• The confirmation is subject to availability. We hold the rights to change the hotel according to the situation.
• Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
• Jashpure is not liable for any non ethical behaviour by any staff / property person during the trip, although necessary action will be taken by us.
• Jashpure is not responsible for any kind of mishap happens during the trip.
• By making payment to us you it automatically implies that you have agreed to our terms and condition and you have read the Disclaimer.

Amendments / cancellations:

• 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the Confirmation voucher.
• 30% cancellation of the package cost Between 45 to 30 days of the traveling date.
• 50% cancellation of the package cost Between 29 to 15 days of the traveling date.
• 100% cancellations Between 14 - 0 days of the travels date.
• 10% amount is non-refundable at any point, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of any reasons amount will be deducted according to the policy.
• Also Note that all cancellations must have interacted in writing.
